Recruitment Process
We want to hire the best talent the market has to offer, so we follow a recruitment process to make it as easy as possible. Our Screening and interview process helps us ensure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us. The process below is not set in stone, and may change depending on the role you apply for.
Screening and Interview Process
Gathering CVs
Gathering CV's
When we post a job advert, we usually wait around two weeks for the Recruiter to pass all the qualified CVs over to the Hiring Manager for review. When we’ve reached the two week point, we will then review and decide who will move to the screening process.
Screening Calls
Once the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager have been through the qualified CVs, the Recruiter will organise a convenient time to call the candidate and tell them more about the role and provide an overview of our company. During the call we will also check that they can work in the UK and ask a few questions about their experience.
1st Stage interview
After the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager have gone through the notes from the Screening calls, the Recruiter will book the 1st stage interview with the candidates. This may be done either remotely or in person with the Hiring Manager.
2nd Stage Interview
From the 1st stage interviews the Hiring Manager will organise a 2nd stage interview with the most promising candidates, this will be with another member of the team as want to ensure the candidate will be a good culture fit for eSIM Go.
Job Offer
Once the Hiring Manager has determined which candidate they wish to proceed with, they will offer them the job, confirm salary and send them an offer letter.
Pre-Onboarding
When we have agreed on a start date, our HR team will send out a link to our Pre-Onboarding workflow. At this point, the successful candidate will receive a contract and relevant documents, as well as being asked to complete a form including their personal information and details of their chosen bank account for salary payments.
